Popsicle sticks are so much fun, and for so many ages.  Early on, they are wonderful for simple crafts, and as the kids get older, they are amazing building material for bridges and castles.

This week I gave my Kindergartner some Popsicle sticks, glue and tape, construction paper and a pair of scissors.  I gave no instruction and let her imagination run wild.

Sometimes its nice to let the little ones just create.  I set the boundaries by limiting what craft materials are available, but I like to have a”take it from here”  approach.
