• 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (or whatever you have on hand)
  • 2-3 lbs chicken cutlets cut into strips
  • 1 Tbsp Basil
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Adobo
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp ground celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Add all the ingredients to a zip top bag and close. Let to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to over night.

Grill your chicken strips either using either an outdoor barbecue grill or an indoor grill pan.  Grill on each side 4-5 minutes or until done.

Delicious as a BBQ chicken sandwich or as a zesty compliment to an ordinary Caesar Salad.
